Serve your guests a unusual dinner party option with a spicy wasabi twist − a tasty treat that will tingle on your tastebuds.

Step 1
Whilst still warm beat potato with the butter, yolks and seasoning, adding as much wasabi as you like.
Step 2
Transfer to a piping bag with a star nozzle; pipe onto a non-stick baking tray, circles the shape of doughnuts with a hole in the middle.
Step 3
Shope the sausage meat into 4 balls that fit into the hole of the doughnut.
Step 4
Bake in oven at 200ºC, 180ºC Fan, Gas Mark 6 for 10 minutes until the sausages are cooked.
Step 5
Bring the honey, soy and lime juice to the boil and then simmer until sticky. Brush the glaze over the sausage meat, sprinkle with the chilli and serve.
