Stir-fry Soy And Honey Pork With Broccoli, Chilli, Lemon And Goats’ Cheese

Bursting with flavour, this tangy pork fillet stir-fry is easy to make and ready in a matter of minutes.

Ingredients

200g pork fillet, sinew removed and sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, peeled and finely sliced
2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon runny honey
Zest and juice of 1 lime
For the broccoli with chilli, lemon and goat's cheese
Large handful purple sprouting broccoli, cut into florets
55g hard goat's cheese, grated
Zest of 1 lemon
½ teaspoon dried chilli flakes

Method

Step 1

For the soy and honey pork, heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the onion for 2-3 minutes, until soft. Add the garlic and fry for one minute, add pork and stir-fry until golden brown all over.

Step 2

Drizzle over the soy sauce, honey, lime zest and juice plus a splash of boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. Set aside.

Step 3

For the broccoli, place the broccoli into a pan of boiling salted water and cook for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Drain well and stir into the pan with the pork, then add the grated goats’ cheese, lemon zest and chilli flakes. Season to taste.

Step 4

Pile the stir-fried pork and broccoli on to a serving plate and serve.
