A firm Mexican favourite featuring lean pork mince that is quick, full of flavour and on the table in 10 minutes!

Cook time: 8-10 mins

Step 1
Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan over moderate heat. Add the pork mince, spices and garlic granules. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the mince is brown, stirring occasionally and breaking up the mince with the back of a wooden spoon.
Step 2
Meanwhile, put the side ingredients and relishes into separate bowls and dishes.
Step 3
Warm the tacos according to the packet instructions.
Step 4
Arrange the tacos onto a large plate or on taco holders. Transfer the pork mince to large warm plate and build your tacos according to your liking.
