Air Fried Pork Steaks with Roasted Vegetables (Winter)

Serve up a beautiful burst of colour and flavour, using gammon steaks to create this delightful gammon potato bake.
Cook time: 50 mins
Serves: 4

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C,180°C Fan, Gas Mark 6.
Step 2
Add the butter to a large roasting tray with the potato cubes.
Step 3
Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes, then remove the tray from the oven and stir in the apple and strips of gammon.
Step 4
Return to the oven for 10-15 minutes more, until the potatoes and apples are soft and golden, and the gammon is lightly browned and cooked through.
Step 5
Divide between plates and serve with fried eggs,some salad or seasonal greens and some nice crusty bread.
