These Asian-inspired hoisin pork meatballs make a quick mid-week meal and only uses five ingredients! That’s a winner.

Step 1
Put the mince in a large bowl, season and shape into 16 small meatballs.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over moderate heat and cook the meatballs for 8-10 minutes or until any meat juices run clear. Transfer to a large plate and set aside.
Step 3
Return the same pan to the heat and cook the stir-fry vegetables briefly for 2-3 minutes, then add the noodles, sauce, 4 tablespoons water and the meatballs.
Step 4
Toss gently and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the meatballs are piping hot.
Step 5
Serve immediately.
If preferred, use a family-sized vegetable stir-fry pack.
