Looking for a quick and tasty fakeaway? Ready in under 20 minutes, these air fried Crispy Pork Burgers are made with succulent pork loin medallions, coated in crunchy cornflakes for a deliciously moreish crispy finish.
Perfect for a speedy midweek meal and they’re sure to become a household favourite.

Step 1
Put the flour in a bowl with the smoked paprika and combine. If preferred, season with additional salt and pepper.
Step 2
Put the cornflakes in a large plastic food bag and crush to fine crumbs with a rolling pan or the base of a small saucepan. Crack the egg in a shallow bowl, beat well and set aside.
Step 3
Working in batches, dredge the pork in the seasoned flour, the egg and then into the bag with the crushed cornflakes. Shake until well coated. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C and spray the air fryer basket with oil.
Step 4
Lay the pork evenly into the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. Repeat with the remaining pork (depending on the size of your air fryer).
Step 5
Serve in a burger bun with salad and a relish of your choice.
If preferred, replace the crushed cornflakes with crisps of your choice.
Note: Air fryers do vary so adjust the cooking time according to your appliance handbook.
Oven method
Preheat your oven to 200ºC, 180ºC Fan, Gas Mark 6, place your medallions on a wire rack over a backing tray and bake for 10 minutes until the pork is fully cooked.
