Love lasagne but don’t like the faff? Our one pan lasagne with pork mince is a tasty, easy version that’ll become your new family favourite.

Step 1
Heat the oil in a large non-stick heatproof frying pan over moderate heat and cook the onion for 1-2 minutes.
Step 2
Add the pork mince, garlic and carrot. Cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pork is lightly coloured.
Step 3
Add the chopped tomatoes, herbs and water. Season. Lay the lasagne pieces evenly over the sauce, cover with a lid or tightly with foil, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the lid, stir gently, cover and cook for a further 10 minutes or until the pasta is cooked.
Step 5
Uncover, fold in the soft cheese, and sprinkle over the cheese. Transfer to preheated moderate grill and heat for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
Step 6
Serve with a side salad and garlic bread.
