Bangers wrapped in sage and ham is an easy recipe that features pork sausages wrapped in ham and fresh sage leaves, making for a flavourful and savoury dish.

Ingredients

12 fresh chipolata sausages
12 large fresh sage leaves
7 slices Parma ham per sausage, cut in half

Method

Step 1

Take each chipolata sausage and wrap with a sage leaf, followed by a slice of Parma ham and secure with a cocktail stick.  Preheat the oven to 180°C, 160°C Fan, Gas Mark 4.

Step 2

Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes.

Step 3

Serve on a wooden chopping board as part of a canapé selection.
