What we do

The Lovepork website has been created by Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB), the body responsible for enhancing and supporting English pig farmers. AHDB Pork is one of six sectors which form part of the AHDB.

The role of AHDB Pork marketing is to engage the entire supply chain, in order to work together and provide consumers with compelling reasons why they should be buying, cooking and eating more pork.

Previous campaigns include British Sausage Week, an annual celebration of the iconic banger, which over 19 years has helped communicate the versatility and quality of sausages sold in the UK.

The next campaign, the Midweek Meal campaign, showcases pork’s leaner cuts, demonstrating how quick, easy and delicious these lean pork cuts are and how they are perfect for busy people during the midweek struggle.

The Lovepork social media channels work continuously throughout the year to bring recipe inspiration, cooking advice and sometimes a few giggles to consumers who are interested in learning more about pork.
