Step 1
Preheat the grill to moderate.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pan, add the onion, plums and sweet chilli sauce. Simmer gently with the lid on for 5-10 minutes until plums slightly softened.
Step 3
Cook the cook sausages under the grill for 10-12 minutes, turning once.
Step 4
Toast the baguettes and spoon over chutney. Arrange the chipolata sausages.
Step 5
Place the cheese on top of sausages, return to the grill to melt slightly.
